Skill Tree – Void 3.0 Warlock Build Destiny 2 D2

For general gameplay without specific strategies, I generally recommend equipping  the  healing rift. It gives you a decisive advantage when you have to defend a position for a short time or fight against a major that does a lot of damage.

I recommend the Vortex Grenade for this build. The grenade is also really the main focus of this warlock build for destiny2. We will improve it until it lasts up to 10 seconds and does debuff and massive damage to all enemies inside.

Overview Warlock Void 3.0 Build Destiny2 d2

To make our grenade really strong we use Chaos Accelerant. With this void aspect in destiny2 you can overload your grenade by holding the grenade button to make it bigger and more damaging.

To feel immortal on the battlefield we combine our overpowered grenade with the aspect Feed the Void. This lets us get devour with every skill kill. As long as we have devour active we get health for every kill and extend the effect.

The fragments are very important in the build.

Because our grenade covers a huge area due to our aspect and therefore hits many enemies, we also use the Echo of Undermining fragment. This makes that all enemies that are hit by a grenade get more damage.

Second, we use Echo of Remnants simply to make our overloaded grenade last longer.

And lastly we use Echo of Persistence to make our devour last 15 seconds instead of 10. Especially in hard content where the enemies take more damage before they die this is good.

Synergies with Exotic Armor – Void 3.0 Build Destiny 2 D2

With the exotic gauntlets Contraverse Hold this void 3.0 build for warlock in destiny2 becomes really strong and fun. Hitting with our overcharged grenade gives us increased grenade charge for 1.75 seconds. Plus we get 20% less damage while we are charging the grenade. This turns our warlock build into a survival god as we get full life with every void skill kill and our grenade charges and does damage so quickly.

Playstyle – Void 3.0 Warlock Destiny 2 D2

To make the most of our Void 3.0 Warlock build, you can play a bit aggressively. In the beginning it is worth throwing an overloaded grenade into the enemy masses to get devour. After that you have 15 seconds to replenish your life with the next kill. When a miniboss or champion appears, we should always throw an overloaded grenade directly at him to do very good damage over time and also weaken the enemy and do more damage with our weapons. The best thing is definitely the fast grenade cooldown and you should make good use of it. So always when it is charged overload and throw.

Recommended Weapons – Arc 3.0 BUILD Warlock Destiny 2 D2

For our Arc 3.0 warlock build in Destiny 2, only the energy weapon is crucial – the primary and heavy weapons can be adjusted according to the circumstances. Depending on whether sustain single target dps, burst dps or add clear is required, I would swap the weapons.

Why this build harmonizes so particularly well is our weapons exotic Delicate Tomb. Deathblows with this weapon have a chance to spawn ionic traces. By collecting these ionic traces, you overload the weapon and it starts to jolt enemies on hit. This, in conjunction with our exotic helmet, allows us to recharge our abilities extremely quickly and the weapon remains overcharged at all times.

Commemoration Machine Gun Destiny 2 D2

  • Extended Mag
  • Reconstruction
  • Rampage / Dragonfly

Blood feud is a really good kinetic SMG in Destiny2 with stasis damage. With the changes to ambitious assassin this weapon can be overloaded up to 150%. And since it is cartable you can even put the improved perks on it which makes the reloading bearable.

Commemoration with extended mag and reconstruction is just so fun to play because you never have to reload and you can shoot around forever.

The Hothead Rocket Luncher Destiny 2 D2

The Hothead

  • Impact casing
  • Demolitionist
  • Clown Cartridge

To do real burst damage, The Hothead is especially worthwhile with the perk combination demolitionist and explosive light. First fire a rocket, then throw our strong fusion grenade and follow it up with another rocket. This works best if one of the team shoots a Gjallarhorn first because then you can benefit from the wolfpack rounds.

Focus on sustain damage / overall damage output

With Cataclysmic you have enormous damage potential. If you activate bait and switch (do damage with every equipped weapon) you get 35% more damage for 10 seconds. This combined with Fourth times the charm has a great constant damage output while the DPS is also very good.

For all those who use Destiny Item Manager I have put together the Build here in the link.
