The Titan Class
Disciplined and proud, Titans set the tone with aggressive attacks and unwavering defense.
Titans in Destiny 2 can withstand a lot and are the protectors with their barricade. They are characterized by their rewarding aggressive fighting style from the front line.
When you use the full power of the titan class, everyone will fear your might.
The three Titan Subclasses
Sentinel
Valiant heart, unwavering resolve.
The Sentinel subclass of the Titan in Destiny 2 specializes in protection. Whether you give your whole team shields with melee attacks or make a protective dome around you and your team with the super.
Sunbreaker
Forge the fury of undying suns.
The Sunbreaker subclass for the Titan in Destiny 2 is hot. Whether you use the Sunspots to set whole areas on fire and get your opponents under control or kill huge boss opponents with a small hammer is up to you.
Striker
At close quarters, a fist is better than any gun.
The Striker Titan is a close combat specialist. Gets life back with every melee kill or flies with the rocket over half the map and one shoots champions or small bosses.
Titan Class Ability
The Titan class in Destiny 2 has two class-specific abilities that you have to choose between. Both have their advantages and disadvantages.
Towering Barricade
Create a large barrier that can be used to reinforce a position with cover from enemy fire.
The towering barricade is great for blocking enemy shots to capture something or revive a team member. I recommend to use the towering barricade most of the time. Especially in PvP it is very strong to peek somewhere around the corners.
Rally Barricade
Create a small barrier that you can peek over while aiming down sights and that increases weapon reload speed, stability, and range when you stand behind it.
The rally barricade has lost some of its power since the instant reload nerf. But often it is even forgotten but it gives a very good noticeable buff to reload speed, stability and range which can be very useful in some PvE activities.
